Weight loss update

Hey, it's been awhile since I checked in. Well, it turns out that I haven't been eating enough calories, as people have told me, so I upped my intake from 1,800 a day to 2,800 a day and now I'm actually losing weight. I'm also drinking about a gallon of water a day and eating pretty much healthy food only. I'm rock climbing like a maniac as well as biking and running for exercise. I'm now down to 212 lbs and need to buy smaller cloths. It feels really great. My initial goal weight is 190 lbs, but I might keep going once I get there. Here's to permanent lifestyle change!!!
